Elements Casino Surrey Without the Track
This page reads Elements Casino Surrey from Burnaby. It covers the distance, what is dealt on the floor, and the hours. There is also the matter of the racetrack next door.
Where It Sits and What Changed
The casino's address is 17755 60 Ave in Surrey, BC V3S 1V3. From central Burnaby it is 23.7 km in a straight line. The road distance will differ, and this guide does not list it. The casino opened in November 2005, and its phone number is 604-576-9141.
Next door, Fraser Downs held its last live harness racing on August 15, 2025. The lease on the track was ended by the City of Surrey. Since then the track has been demolished. The horses, in short, have left the neighbourhood.
A sale was agreed on March 9, 2026, with SE-MI-AH-MU Development Corporation, of the Semiahmoo First Nation.
What Is Dealt on the Floor
- Live tables: 10 games, covering blackjack, a Texas Hold'em variant, Four Card Poker, baccarat and roulette. They run Sunday to Thursday 10AM to 1AM, and Friday and Saturday 10AM to 3AM.
- Action Arena: electronic roulette, baccarat and the same Texas Hold'em variant, grouped together in one named area.
- Slots and electronic tables: over 500 of them, counted together in a single figure.
- Poker room: Elements Casino Surrey does not have one. Its poker-style games are played against the house, not against other players.
- Opening hours: Monday to Thursday 10AM to 4AM, and 24 hours Friday to Sunday. Grand Villa Casino Burnaby, by comparison, never closes at all.
Around the Floor and at the Door
The food choices run from Foodies to a buffet restaurant that lays on an all-you-can-eat buffet at weekends. On Friday and Saturday nights, Elements Bar is open. Comedy and live music come round weekly. The Dragon Lounge and The Homestretch serve as event spaces. Encore Rewards is the loyalty program.
Parking is free in BCLC's Casinos BC listing. No transit route is published. This guide does not name stations or routes. Visitors must be 19+, and staff scan government-issued photo ID at the entrance, checking it against the Game Break and restricted lists. The ID is not kept.
